It’s saves money from buying ice constantly at the store as well. Just wish it came with a car plug so you can plug it into your car for road trips. That would be dope for the next new models that comes out later on in the future. One good for a car. That would be cold. lol no pun intended. lol
Take the basket out and fill it all the way to the top like 2 inch below the water drain grooves and give it 3 hrs to complete full the whole device with ice so your not coming back every 20 min to refill and empty the basket. It works!!
I don't know if anyone's said it but the reason that the ice cubes get bigger is because it is designed so that as the ice is made the machine including the water inside gets colder and the water then freezes more quickly so in the same amount of time more water freezes to the tube, thus bigger/thicker ice cubes.
I agree about the tiny ice with that $100 ice maker… and it’s so soft and wet when it drops… those look like great size cubes that Can be frozen even harder… I mean 3 of those pieces of ice filled the scooper where the $100 machine takes like 6-7 pieces of ice to fill the scooper…
The ice maker doesn’t act the same as a freezer to keep the cubes completely frozen. If you leave the machine alone and let a few rounds of ice cubes get dumped into the bucket and fill up, they’ll definitely stay cool and maintain anywhere from 50-80% of their full cube size - but they inevitably will start melting and shrinking the longer you leave them in the basket and don’t move them into a real freezer. I’ve done it and it’s not a big deal/still works out great ✨ But for the video, I wanted to use every cycle of ice at its full size/potential without any bit of melting 🙌
I was wondering. So I have a similar ice maker but my biggest issue is filling up a container with the ice to use in a glass. Because everytime I fill the ice box in my freezer it all just sticks and fuses together and then I need to break it all up. Have you had this issue?
Yeah I have that small $100 one and I hate it… Does this keep the ice cold as well or does it just melt and recycle the water again… I have dreams about having my own ice maker that keeps the ice frozen 🤣🤣
Yeah it’s great! Been using it basically every-other-day ever since getting it, and made crushed icees during a heat wave a few weeks back 🙌 It’s so nice to have both options lol
I don't think that putting a machine like this in the garage is wise. Unlelss your garage is conditioned a lot. That bin where the ice dumps does not look refrigerated nor highly insulated. Also it would be alot of trips to the garage to harvest cubes for the freezer.
I wish you didn’t sound like a stereotypical nobody making a nonsensical comment over a non-issue. Cloudy ice cubes are a “huge no no”? To who??? Most people making ice at home, whether in an ice tray, countertop maker, or fridge maker (like the brand new Samsung fridge we just hooked up at home), all have ‘cloudy’ ice cubes. Not crystal clear like when you’re at some restaurants. We don’t have an industrial/super high grade water filtration system that removes every last bit of oxygen and minerals. So my ice is going to be cloudy, just like 90% of everyone else’s at-home cubes. Has nothing to do with the ice maker I’m using.
I love the fact that it makes shaved ice. That is an awesome feature
I found a Vivohome name brand for $169 exactly like this , I think I’m gonna buy it , it would be great for my Coffee frappe for sure
I’ve been waiting to get that product for the longest. This is my 1st time actually seeing it in action. It’s great. Very useful for every household.

The smaller frigidaire is perfect for light use, we have it like it.for us it's perfect for the occasional times it gets used
I've been eyeballing this machine for a few days and will get it for the new office. Awesome video, thanks for posting! ~Doc
Man mine just went out my was sycees same exact machine was really good to me looking for another one as we speak lol
The shaver is a game changer. I have the costway with no shaver. This summer I am buying that one and giving the one I have away!
Never thought I needed one until I saw this video

The way they drop from the metal rod was so kool!! 😂 I want one

THANK YOU omg i was going to import a industrial one from alibaba. This seems big enough finally.
im sold thanks im buying one
Great review! 👍thank you so much
Very good👍.. Good enough to make me want to go buy this ice maker. Thanks for the video
Wouldnt cold ice water make the process run faster, maybe? Why not let some of the first ice cubes fall back into the water reservoir.
Yes! It does for me
Nice video thanks you
Thanks! Out in the sun for 12-16 hours, needed to save some money on bags of ice
Made and looks just like the sycees
Lovely video!!!
How you get the water out to clean it
We just bought one, can you make how to clean it cleaning it?
Great video! Is the ice maker still treating you well?
It is! 🙂
This is great and I like it. But can you fit two adult size human feet in it at the same time?
why do you have to put each load into the freezer? Won't they stay frozen in the machine until you use it?
x2
Can't wait to use mine. Thanks

Does it keep the ice cold inside or do you need to empty into the freezer
Why is the ice white aren't these machines supposed to produce clear ice
Hi where is the water drain on this ice maker
Yeah I have that small $100 one and I hate it… Does this keep the ice cold as well or does it just melt and recycle the water again… I have dreams about having my own ice maker that keeps the ice frozen 🤣🤣
Hey! Sadly, it seems like all countertop ice makers don’t have a freezer component to keep the ice frozen 😩
nice, is it still working good ?
Yeah it’s great! Been using it basically every-other-day ever since getting it, and made crushed icees during a heat wave a few weeks back 🙌 It’s so nice to have both options lol
Do you still like the machine.
Yeah we love it, it’s great! 🙌
can anyone find this? i live in canada and unable to find this
👍👍👍

The machine brand
How many pounds a day will it make?
44lbs
Why is my ice coming out clear 😞
because it is made of water
Very cloudy ice cubes... this is a huge no no. I wish it wasn't a stereotypical woman who looks like she has no idea what she's talking about

What a terrible and extremely sexist thing to say!
