What use are the duplicate fighters? Can they be sold or used to upgrade top ranked fighter? if so how?
Exact Duplicates unlock signature passives. If you have the same fighter in 1-star, 2-star, 3-star and/or 4-star they are not duplicates. Each one can be trained as needed because each has different requirements. In the most recent event, there were star requirements too so many of us who have been playing since the beginning have had to train 2-star fighters for example to play the event.
Man how do you level your fighters over 500, my strongest fighter is 304

Coins are used to train and rank fighters.

This won't move anyone through "quickly". There's not enough Stamina to complete everything, anyway!
You earn stamina with victory packs. Trade them in thru the market.
