Decor Steals use of Styrofoam is fine - it obviously helps preserve what you’ve bought, rather than the continual breakage from retail stores like Target. I’ve ordered from Decor Steals the past years and have never received anything broken.
I don't have kids and I live in the country where we don't get a lot of trick-or-treaters, so I don't spend much on Halloween. I splurged last year and got Decor Steals' Halloween box. For my other porch decor, I raid the local resale shop. Last year, my total fall/Halloween resale spending spree was about $11. At that price, I don't care if it survives for a 2nd year or not.
Hobby Lobby doesn’t do Halloween anymore.. Michael’s has fun pieces and JoAnn did too! I have 7 boxes of Decor Steals unopened in my garage! 😂😂😂 Halloween is my jam!
What a fun Halloween haul! That's great that you are taking advantage of the time now, it goes by SO fast. My daughter just finished nursing school and has her own place for the first time but I still plan on continuing for all the other children. When I was little Halloween was such a big thing for all of us children in the neighborhood but there was one house I remember like yesterday, many of us do. It was decorated so nice, but not scary. Just a little "spooky" but cute spooky if that makes sense. And this older woman who lived there made a ton of popcorn candy balls every year and it was the favorite treat of all the children in the whole community. Obviously, that wouldn't "fly" today having those homemade treats, but when I was young, it was very acceptable. P.S. I'm just a wee bit older than you by 5 ish years or so.
I love the way that garland that you're using outside looked up around your door very very pretty. I also 100% agree if there's a distinct difference between my indoor and my outdoor when it comes to Florals. I want to get a life-size skeleton to go on the zero gravity chair on my balcony because nobody ever uses it I don't get company.

Do you mean the iron skeletons serving bowl? Oh it's pretty big & will hold alot but yeah, every year we have to refill the bowl several times. It's going to be apart of a whole scene! We live in one of those neighborhoods where everyone drives in, it gets wild but fun!

I LOVE it! Very Very excited to show the girls. As a kid growing up we didn't do Halloween. My parents weren't against it or anything, just wasn't their thing. So now that I am the parent, I'm a bit #extra
Hobby lobby isn’t doing much Halloween decors they are already doing Christmas shit in my store! It’s owned by religious organizations so they seem to be against Halloween
Oh yeah, I always forget about that. Honestly, I don’t care if they don’t want to carry Halloween stuff, but please stop caring the same stuff that we were shopping 15 years ago.

Yeah I went last week and they had fall and Christmas but zero Halloween. I was disappointed for sure
It's their decision. You can shop elsewhere. Not everyone likes Halloween. Not everyone likes Christmas.
