There was hunter Somaiya (Chomo) & all of a sudden he remembered and felt like having wild meat. He set out for hunting in the hills(jungle) with a helper boy, loaded single barrel gun and sharpened knives. After watching and waiting near kumbli fruit tree, finally an Elk(kyamo) similar to Moose came to eat kumbli fruit, seeing that, surprised Somaiya pulled the trigger and shot the Elk. Helper could not stop himself and eagerly cleaned then cut the Elk into pieces, & they ate skewing the livers etc. Helper got only 4 pieces but the hunter took all the meat, seeing that helper was not happy and angrily left the place. The hunter didn't care but helper didn't stay quiet as well. Heeding to anger helper called police. When meat was cooking in the pot, police also came. They arrested Somaiya, picked the meat pot also. Somaiya having lost the meat and efforts, learnt a lesson not to hunt again- translated to English by Kamayanda Lava Kariappa
