Awesome ride, all 3 of you guys but the Supermoto rider gets the medal 🥇. I’ve got a Husqy 701, pretty much the same bike as the KTM 690, there are faster bikes but none of them can compete with the fun level of a Supermoto in my opinion.

Wow, that was impressive to watch what a supermoto is capable of in the right hands, the right tires, and maybe having intimate knowledge of this particular stretch of road! The old man used more motocross technique so curious to his riding background. Lot's of times you see sport bike riders on supermotos and they ride them body off the side and knee out vs body upright and leg out.
Them 690’s are beast machines man I have a 2015 and the thing is fast.

The Metzeler racetec K1 and K2 are outstanding tyres. Ive been using them on track for quiet a while now.

If you paid attention to him talking, he said he needed to replace the tires, as they were worn out and they weren’t gripping. So yes, better tires, as in not worn out.

Yes, you guys are all amazing riders - no doubt. But on the road there is always elements you cant control, oil, dirt, animals etc. And if you lose traction because youre going 100mph and kill an oncoming rider enjoying his free day, you'll never never forgive yourself...

Not sure id want to be on one then haha. They wont handle it. They are plenty fast for roads like this anyway, 690 is not even considered top of the line but its a nice long lasting allround motard.

Super Moto is the way to go in those hills around there. Ain't gonna beat em. Do know these guys have been riding those roads for years and know them well. Don't go balls to wall without riding them a few times.
