Cakeifying your loved ones with spackle *(could)* be edible [for their SO] depending on where you spackle. Great for christmas, birthday, etc gifts!

I missed it
to those who are planning on attempting this: please use disposable tools or tools you plan on throwing away anyways. you should not use the tools you use for this (like bowls and such) for food afterwards, even after cleaning them. jonny here uses some plastic mixing bowls, plastic spoons, etc.

I used this method a few years ago to make a Marie Antoinette "cake head" display for baking items available to check out at our library. I'm not great at cake decorating but I'm pretty good with spackle.

How was the process of cleaning your tools after using them for spackle?
Great question! I soaked everything in boiling water and the spackle came off easily. That said: I threw away all the piping tips bc they were too hard to clean.
