The person of Duterte will always be a threat to anyone in Malacanang who will not work hard to be the leader that the Filipinos voted for. Filipinos will always use his legacy as measuring rod to detect whether there is something wrong with the admin. And bec he has set the standard so high, the one who follows after him will always have to watch whether the people that he serves are satisfied the way they were satisfied under FPRRD.
