Sorry that my information was not the fastest with the video editing and information needing to be sent and confirmed. Hope everyone is safe and continue to be safe! (Please let me know if there are any other information regarding this issue or anything else so I can bring it to attention as well!)
Just want to say thanks for the heads up! I had to warn my sister as well due to this bug. Thankfully, neither of us lost our accounts. I hope this bug gets resolved soon and affected player can recover their accounts.
Ain't no way accounts are being deleted. What is most likely happening is the account gets disconnected from your device and isn't able to reauthenticate. And even if it were being "deleted", all game servers save logs. The effected players may lose a day or two of progress, but it should all be restored very soon.

This could potentially be a big problem for me because I accidentally used a school account for the game and accidentally logged out in one of my devices to find I couldn’t get back in, If anything happens to my account I might not ever be able to play again

yeah happens to me a year ago during the candy diver update,when i opening my crk,i see a login screen and i cry and say "dang what happend to my account?!!"but i realised it got deleted by no reason that i lost my black pearl that i got 1 pulled her a year ago,then i ask info tools a year ago that i say i think my account was reset,and he say "why is your level go back to 1 or smth"and i realised my account deleted,and now he says "thats okay you can make a new account",then i created a new account,then it is succesful,thanks to info tools:)
dude they NEED to compensate the people who lost their account,something like this: 3 beast chests 2 awakening chests 5 ancient chests All epics obtained All super epic 6 legendary chests

Or if u have acc that is deleted make sure that it’s been linked by an account that you still have so when you use that to sign in login or whatever you’ll go back to your original account and still have the same progress

I started playing around when the game was only a year old, so 3- almost 4 years ago? Unfortunately I did lose my account, But I started a new one (Thankfully I never spent much on the game.) But hopefully everyone else’s accounts are safe :)
I got so scared when I saw that my progress was gone but I was still on my devplay account,, what I did to fix it was open the game in the Google Play Games for PC (still updating it). It said that I got logged out of my account and asked me to reenter again with it, when I entered it all my progress was still there and then i closed it, reopen the game on my phone and my account was back to normal
Hiii so in there official dc server someone updated the game and it’s safe now you guys can download the update and i did and i didn’t lose my account (hope this eases your worries)
