Have you connected your Android emulator with "adb connect"?
@@TypeScriptTV yes, the solution was use 'mirrored' mode on .wslconfig to allow access to adb server on windows

@@TypeScriptTV I figured it out lol, I was trying to play a game that got taken off android , tomb raider 1 , I installed a few things and ran the sub system and now it works 😉👍 left a like
