Min-Kyu's allergy is obviously psychosomatic. He won't have an allergic reaction as long as he believes he's touching a robot. By the same logic, if she actually were a robot, but nobody had told him, then he would have had the same allergic reaction as touching actual humans. And yes, allergies can be deadly, psychosomatic or otherwise. It's not the external allergen that kills you. It's your immune system (or in Min-Kyu's case, his nervous system) hitting the panic button.
I'm not sure about the robot part specifically, since he did deliberately or accidentally touch humans without having an allergic reaction. But you are definitely right about it being psychosomatic. I guess for him it depends on trust. His allergy pretty much began when he felt betrayed by others (most of all, by his friend), later, as he was slowly regaining his faith in humanity, his allergy eventually disappeared. Yes, he thought he was with a robot, but because she looked and acted like a real human (because she was one, but he didn't know), he seems to have started to subconsciously see her as a real human. In the end, when he felt betrayed again, his allergy returned. It was probably a lot stronger this time, because of how intense the feeling of betrayal was at that moment. He didn't even have time to hear an explanation, which could have possibly saved him (if he knew, the feelings between them weren't faked).
@@blinobyknovennyy Agree. His allergy is tied to a distrust and fear of people, and their intentions. He didn't die on the beach though. (If u want to see prove u can go to Jaiden animation and watch her when she got rashes / allergies). just because he didn't get any contact with people for 15 years made it continues and severe. u also may say his doctor, but the doctor just checked on him and left they had not a lot of personal connections

The power of LOVE of the "robot" makes his allergy subside.
Allergic to Humans? That’s What I tell my friends when they invite me to go out.
A quick explanation : min kyu got his allergies when he was pretty young, and another thing is it was the time he's parent's died which made him very depressed .when aji 3 came to his life ( ji ah ) he felt happiness again so he's allergies were cured but when he lost her it came back .so the thing is allergies and rash's appear on a person randomly because of stress or depression it is an actual case. (If u want to see prove u can go to Jaiden animation and watch her when she got rashes / allergies). just because he didn't get any contact with people for 15 years made it continues and severe. u also may say his doctor, but the doctor just checked on him and left they had not a lot of personal connections
"No ring though, cheap bastard" Please who is narrating this? 😂
I feel like my life wouldn’t change too much with this condition lol
We would be safer

I'm watching this when I'm supposed to be studying.
Her reaction on seeing the robot in her likeness is fairly reasonable. I would absolutely expect most women to be at least a bit perturbed upon learning that their ex made a lifelike robot in their image after breaking things off.
This is actually a decent plot
I really love mystery recapped
Me too
This drama is soooooo good. Worth watching.
"prototype" no you mean she's the inspiration for the robot.
12:30 "No ring though, cheap bastard"

@@jeonghansyndrome no. The recaps consist of 3 parts. The drama has a happy ending. Just watch it and you won’t regret. I have rewatched it more than 3 times already.
So I'm technically like him, people avoid me.
Technically the opposite, he has to avoid people, but people avoid you.
@@AxetomyBoi 😭😭💀
Where can you watch it?
EVERY FAMILY HAS SOMEONE WHO BREAKS THE CHAIN OF POVERTY IN THAT FAMILY,I PRAY YOU BE THE ONE
Hell of a place to finish the recap on for part 1. That was such a huge cliffhanger to leave things on, I see watching Kdrama has taught you how to keep people wanting more.
no ring though cheap bastard🤣
summarizing 30 hours of content into 20 minutes is no laughing feat💪
Y'all need to watch this drama full. It's really good. Lots of funny, emotional, romantic scenes
"a likely excuse" literally gets me everytime lol
"But no ring cheap bastard"🤣🤣🤣
One's subconscious plays games with him/her, sometimes they are funny, sometimes subogative and sometimes scary, too.....but really nice story indeed 👍👍👍
I watched this kdrama and the reason why he didn't pay her (on their first meeting) is the box of the limited edition toy that she bought got a stain from a food. She didn't noticed but he noticed it and said that the product is defective so he didn't pay her. And also he didn't explained it better because of his allergy.
Movie name please
It's "I'm not a robot"
This is a show I'd honestly watch every week
"il never look at balloons the same way again" Over here its the same for me

Omg omg omg..never expected my all time favourite kdrama from him...feeling soo soo soooo happy!!
I think I woke up the whole neighborhood laughing the whole time through this summary. Especially when the narrator commented after the main character kissed the “robot” on the forehead “no ring though, cheap bastard” 😂 😆 😂
I loved this drama. It was a good time and was easy to get attached to the characters. 12/10
