Why was the focus of this discussion turned to farage? That woman on the panel is full of hate, everytime she’s on she’s angry and hates someone. Aren’t we trying to get away from hate? She’s out of order here and totally diverting the conversation to suit her agenda. The left and right are both the same. And it wasn’t right wingers at the riots, it was angry people and drunk yobs jumping on the bandwagon causing trouble. If the information was released sooner the yobs wouldn’t have surrounded mosques. My family were meant to be in Southport that day and when we called them to see if they were ok and got no answer that was fear I’ve never experienced. Thankfully they didn’t get to Southport but were down the road in ormskirk. But for one moment I felt scared in the most unexplainable way. This is about innocent children and we need to protect them. If anyone remembers that day in Southport, we had Hugh Edward’s plead guilty and get off and child abusers guilty - all in the same day. Plus Southport. In one day. I’m fearful for my 2 year old daughter, I don’t where we go from here. Politicians, left, right, centre please unite and help our children. Please.

Yes, I've heard these same facile arguments are Yaxley Lennon riots.
"The people that were violent, they aren't right wing, they are drunks and yobs jumping on the bandwagon".
I've witnessed it first hand too at far right, neo-nazi rallies. Most turn up with a carrier bag full of booze, already half cut, looking for a fight.
Seems to be a valid correlation and an invalid excuse.

      No they didn't.
      1. People went to prison for breaking the law. Typically violently.
      2. Why would his religion matter? Fred West, Christian. Myra Hindley, Christian. Lucy Letby, Christian. What does that say about Christianity? Nothing.
      3. No evidence has been presented or found of an Islamist motive.
So the people you refer to were factually wrong, violent, disorderly or promoted/encouraged racial hatred and acts of violence. They broke, the law!

So if you believe it's a crime committed by someone that suits your agenda.. it's ok then for you to go attack police and other innocent people.. There should be no responsibility held for your own actions.. free pass to commit crimes.. The narrative put out at that time was still incorrect..

Nigel Farage and others claimed it was an Islamist asylum seeker who had just entered the country in the small boats ... It wasn't... However some people used this as an excuse to attack the police and Hotels that Asylum seekers were at...Rightly jailed..

@@AdeboFunkyVoodoo He doesn't address the security problem with open borders, the issues with multi-culturalism and he is still turning a blind eye to people who spout ideologies which allow things like this to happen freely. He hasn't set out any practical plan to stop this from happening, he hasn't addressed bad people being deported, he hasn't addressed why prisons are full of people making comments online but people like this were free to roam. Just that really.

What like Robert Maudsley aka "Hannibal the Cannibal" in 70's Britain?
      Or
Stephen Griffiths in the early 2000's? Aka "The crossbow cannibal".
