- 🔥🔥🔥 Oatmeal recipe in 5 minutes. It tastes better than carrot cake and is liked by everyone, even children. Easy, tasty and simple recipe. Cook with pleasure and good mood
1 small carrot.
1/4 cup (30 g) walnuts.
2 cups (200 g) rolled oats.
1⅓ cups (320 ml) milk of your choice.
Sweetener of your choice. I use honey.
1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
3 teaspoons raisins.
2 teaspoons coconut flakes.
Mix all ingredients until smooth.
5.3 oz (150 g) mascarpone or cream cheese. Sweetener to taste. I use stevia.
Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
It is best to prepare this breakfast the night before and put it in the refrigerator so that the oatmeal is well soaked.
The result is a very easy to prepare and delicious breakfast.
