I have thick type 4 hair and this is basically the same method I've used for my twist out for years. It looks even better on the second restyle and I don't have to worry about having as many tangles on wash day because my hair is all smoothed in the same direction. BTW your hair came out fabulous!

I truly enjoy your natural hair tutorials. This was a great large twist out video. My hair texture is similar. I have type 4a/b natural hair. I use this method on my half up and down hair styles. ☺

Good idea. I’ve something similar. I attempted a wash n go didn’t feel like waiting for it to dry cause it was night time. So i put it in chunky twists and it came out great.

Yes! It does. Because two days ago I combed my old twist out. I have to put just a little more products because of my high porosity hair. I am going to see how it work because I love the volume of my old twist out give me.

It came out really cute! I have fine armpit length hair and I did a braidout with 6 braids on a old twist out and surprisingly it came out really good and stretched. I will try this method for the twistout

Chunky twists are my life now. And talk about making finer hair look thicker! I notice that for a great twist out, your hair has to be moisturized, moisturized, moisturized! Your hair looks beautiful! 😍

I have fine hair also, I need to try this. When ive done twist outs b4, I did like 10 twists plus braided it at the root. Next time ima try just a regular chunky twist out. Thanks for this video

I did a wash and go with eco styler. I always feel like if I did this I would get flakes with adding more products. Did you have any issues with product build up?
Natural_ Lista Nope! No more than I normally would with lo-po hair! ❤️
Natural_ Lista but I also didn’t use Eco Styler for my wash and go before this so keep that in mind that different products will sit on top of each other differently ❤️
