what would happen if this happened in a comp? would the attempt be dnfed because it exceeds time limit or would 2 of the +2s be treated as dnf?
+2 are just added to the final time as a penalty, but those cubes aren't dnfed even if the final time exceeds the 1hr mark
It would be 66/70 in 1:00:03, you’re allowed to have a final time over the hour from +2s, it actually happens alot.
