Bohut achi video hai. Completely agree with you. Jab meine gym start kiya tha kuch salo pehle toh mei bhi typical workout karti thi, baad mei mujhe laga ki ye holistic approach nahi fitness ke taraf. Toh ab mei koshish karti hu ki sab kuch pe focus karu jaise strength, explosivity /power, endurance, mobility, agility, balance, coordination, animal movements. Sirf ek issue hai, mei samajhti hu ki sporta khelna acha hai, dikkat bas ye hai ki most log bohut casually khelte hai, toh usme maza toh ata hai lekin true measure of decision making ya stamina ya agility ya power ho nahi pata hai. Isliye mei sessions add karti hu specifically for plyometrics and speed. Haan isme ye issue hai ki wo decision making wali baat missing hai. Usko kaise add karu, pata nahi. Shayad ideal situation wo hai jaha hum sports play kare as an addon to other things or as part of active recovery.
