Pothos plants work excellent in fish tanks. You can put all the roots in the water ( excellent for filtration), and then the vine will trail all over the place
You couldn't choose a better pot and plants ( Philodendrum & fern ) . The arragement looks great, the place you put it too. I like guppies strain too. Congrats.
What potting mix/soil did you use in the pots? It looked like you just used the stuff it came with so you might need to watch for leaching ammonia and acidification from the potting mix in the water. I like the look of the water right up to the top of the container but I have lost too many guppies as they jump out! Happy to have found another Aussie fish channel as I know I can go and buy the exact same stuff.
Brilliant idea. Have to wait till summer and I will do the same just outside in the garden. I got just one question: u don’t need any filter or air pomp with that?? 🤔 Greetings from Poland and UK ✌🏻
Lmao, why wouldn’t you run the panel to your power box and just cancel out the same power draw?… waste of an inverter and a car battery. She certainly isn’t desperate to store the power, and then if it’s cloudy for too long her fish will definitely die. You solar people are beyond help.
@@zackzimmer7167 panel to ur power box🔥🔥🔥... The inverter will convert solar energy into ACDC current... Then use batteries so U have power (FREE) 24 /7.
Convert to sponge filters and run multiple off a large airator...problem solved to add tons more tanks 🤣 heaters can be replaced by heating a room consistently instead of individual heaters lots of options
Gotta get ur daughter to convince hubby, I bet she will convince him to get more 😂😉👌🥰

a pothos pot pond would be gorgeous! vines hanging over the edge of the pot and trailing up the wall 😍
Lots of tanks in the windows Lauren! 👌😂🥰
Why is it that spouses don’t understand that every wall and room need a fish tank? 😂. Beautiful job on the pond.

Stop giving me ideas for more tanks in my house. What about a saltwater version of this with mangroves?! Good work L!
Hahaha 😝 now that is such a good idea!! 😱😱😱
Lauren you definitely have an aquatic paradise 🍻🇺🇸
Im definitely doing this! Gonna have the water level low though, kids! Lol
Really digging the the look of the pot ponds ..great job ✌🏻
0:55 a matching furniture end panel (especially a waterproof one made for kitchen units) would nicely cover the drilled hole.
The pond looks great.
I love watching you.
This will never ever be your last tank! 😂😂😂
I have that feeling too 🤣🤣

Perfect medaka bowl❤ cool videos
Thank you so much!! 🤩🙌🙌
Cool project! Will the guppies jump out though?

Me gusta mucho, tiene filtro???
GREAT IDEA!
Love it!
What a great idea, really enjoy the videos and thank you for inspiring us. 😊
Looking forward to the guppy strains experiment's and what happens next 👍😍
Love this, looks great with the lamp over it as well. Hope the kids don’t knock it running around 😬
Good job very cool 😉.
What about filtration or at least moving water? Is it ok like that? Also what if the plant has fertilizer or insecticides
Beautiful! No filter needed?
I’m worried about root rot. Did you take the dirt out of the plants pot?

Get solar!! Then you can have more tanks!!!!!! 🎉😂🎉😂🎉
Don’t the guppies need a heater to survive?
Great job! 🐟🐠🐬🐳
Thank you!! 🤩🙌🙌
I actually have one like that. Also grey but the ones here are sealed. I have goldfish in mine

So when will we see these guppies for sale on your merch store?

Probably more expensive to heat rooms consistently than to run heaters in fish tanks though.
How did you remove the black trim on your 6ft tank?
how much electric bill u pay 3months ?
I don't think anyone with a heart could say no to more tanks lol
Exactly!! 🤣🙌🙌
And if there is simply no negotiating then you will have to insist on an outbuilding for a studio 😉
My wife tells me "no more tanks" all the time, last time we had 5, now we have 8, I just don't understand what happens?!
