Yes. That would be great. But in the top cameras have been used. Until 2011-2012 I think. Something like that. Watching a whole stage onboard from that position. It gives a fantastic feel. I don't know why they stopped using them. Maybe soon they will re-use them. Its the best perspective in my opinion.
Great job for Lappi.( Snow man). He is master of snow. Has kept away from those treacherous snow banks . Kept the pace from shakedown to day 3. His drive has been superb this weekend.Sure P1 is his. Wishes well and the other i20 drivers.
@@InTecknicolour which is a joke because Toyota are the best managed team with best car but combination of Part timers (Rovanperä, Ogier) plus full timers being average journeymen (Katsuta can not handle the pressure as seen throwing away a guaranteed 2nd this weekend, elfyn is mediocre and would be finishing 7th in a ford puma ) is killing their 2024 title hopes, Toyota need serious full time committed talented drivers for 2025 .
Feel for Taka but I’m really happy for Lappi, always seems like such a genuine and nice bloke and has been horrifically unlucky over the years. Will be nice to hopefully see him pick up the win. Fantastic drive from Fourmaux too
I can never be mad at lappi winning a rally. Seriously man so much bad luck when leading these rallies. Last year sweden broke my heart when he got stuck in the bank.
@@matthewruss Respectfully, I dont agree. Took the most points without even winning this weekend. With Kalle doing a partial season this year I think he’s never had a better chance of winning a title. I think Neuville is too inconsistent and Tanak is the biggest sufferer of bad luck of the title contenders. Evans is a hugely consistent driver and that’ll put him in the prime position to take the championship, even if I don’t think he’ll win that many rallies outright this year. Would love to be wrong about that last part tho as I am a big fan of Evans
can someone explain how Evans has 24 points... Lappi 19... but Lappi wins? Doesnt this make Evans the moral winner of the weekend? The winner should be the fastest right? but the fastest dont get the most points?

FFS What a Joke Takamoto Katsuta blowing a virtual guaranteed 2nd place for no reason and a chance to lead the drivers championship! Lappi isn't a championship rival and Katsuta was miles ahead of 3rd so could've cruised to a safe 2nd and be top of the championship. hyudai are a ac rap team with meme unreliable car but being handed wins by Toyota this year because their potato fragmented driver line up: Rovanperä part time because muh feelings ..Ogier part timer , Elfyn average npc driver than wouldn't deserve to tie Colin McRaes or Richard Burns shoelaces, Lorenzo Bertelli literality who? Katsuta just not good enough he is either too cautious finishing 6-7th or dnf when pushing. There are quality world class Toyota factory drivers who can wave the Japanese flag Like Kamui Kobayashi in WEC but Takamoto Katsuta isnt world class WRC material and looking more and more like a waste of a top seat only there due to nepotism.. Toyota Gazoo Racing WRT seriously need a strong full time line up for 2025 and no part time casual driver bs
In rally Monte Carlo the gap between Neuville and Ogier isn't that much but the way Neuville perform till the end was remarkable. Toyota isn't handing the wins to Hyundai but as a matter of fact they are driving really well plus there wasn't any issue about the unreliability of the car this season till now.
Looks really good. Happy that WRC got it together and posting these little bite-sized stories in the rally world.
Why is dirtfish better at this now?
It's the perfect format. Since the 90s we've had odd timed TV highlights but this is way more accessible now

Always watching from Georgetown Guyana south America 🇬🇾🇬🇾
I’m an Evans fan but have been rooting for Adrien this rally!! He’s been very impressive
Evans all day!
Dirty tactics i think from neuville misskng time control. Hes consistantly hitting bad luck
would be great if WRC could get us a top camera, like F1 cars have, where we can see the hole front from up high
would love to see that plus some telemetry if possible

Imagine the camera falling off while doing some tripple jumps in finland
Tänak’s car has it

EP, go go go!! 👍👍👍
Taka man 😔 hope Formaux gets the podium though
taka is not good enough. makes silly mistakes and doesn't have raw pace.
@@InTecknicolour he was #1 and competing closely with lappi. He is also 3rd driver. What is your point?
@@Dubscr toyota ain't going to be winning constructors unless elfyn carries them.

Esapekka Lappi very good 👍
Good to see Ford on P2 👏👏👏
I love Team Toyota Gazoo
I'm convinced Esapeka drives these rallies completely drunk because he's somehow faster that way. Rally-based Ballmer peak
What blazing start for some rally drivers on the weekend so far.
Day 3 on Saturday morning on winter stage.
Elfyn to the top!! ✌️🇵🇹🏴
This is definitely the year of duel between Elfyn Evans and Thierry Neuville
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Ellos si que son pilotos A1...
So, if a driver retires on Fri/Sat, but restarts on Sun and is fastest for that day, are they still eligible for the new Sun points?
Yes - they are eligible for up to 7 points for Super Sunday, with another 5 on offer for the Wolf Power Stage!
Super
too sad for Takamoto-san...

come on Fourmaux !!! come on ford !!!
Sweden is just cruelly unforgiving. One small mistake, and you're gone.
Haha, so many Finns in the score screen 😂
good

He is third driver
Lots of drama this year's Sweden

The i20 is not a crap team . It's been there, won rallies and even manufacturer titles. No reliability issues. Their wins are won fairly..
Who are these losers? Miss the days of Loeb, Ogier, Solberg etc...
