Great tour! My husband is gluten intolerant and here in Canada there are lots of options for him. But I noticed that in Europe the offer became quite good too in the last years. Thank you for sharing!

thank you.. but intolerant and celiac is more different.. yea the offer is getting better, but there is still a lot of ignorance. and I do not find it fair to see so much offer for vegetarians and vegetarians and very little for celiacs ... when the vegan does it by choice, the celiac is forced by the disease ...
