Ek saal pahle maine dekha tha ... Tab bhi club House ban Raha tha abhi bhi sirf banta dikh raha hai ... Why builder is not interested in giving basic facilities which promised while buying the flat....

Sir club house is not a basic Facility.
Basic Facility hoti ha road stp park games section .
First tm suna club basic Facility hai.agr families ho hi na use kaun krgea maintenance kaun krega...

Atleast 150 plus fmilies ho tb required hota ha club house..jo ki club ko use kre maintain rhe....present day me 125 familes shifted in exotica.
No ones required club house..
