As for this particular song, well they're going to be on tour for a while but the fact the group has 20 CD's (at last count) recorded speaks volumes. They'll have another one out soon, and depending on a few factors, this song most likely will make the cut.

There will be a new album coming. Not to worry. The 2008 was false because the guys were concentrating on touring, but several songs have been written and new album will be out. Don't worry...the boys are not done, and Jeff is not leaving the group anytime soon.
Actually Scott is smart not to bring back some of the older song because if he did fans would be comparing the newer RP members to the past members and more than likely complaining about it. By having the newer members sing different songs it will prevent those complaints, somewhat.
Hahahah, I have the 1m1m CD as well. I was hoping for his version to at least sound like this, but it's no where near. Although I must say, when I want my fix of this song, that's the only version we have so I must listen. To be honest though, on that CD, I do love "Carry Me", that is done so well, and I would love to hear these guys try that!
I wish they had done a CD with this lineup of Rockapella. I much prefer this version of the song to the Dorian version on Bang or Scott's uptempo version that is on 1Man1Mike. I loved the feeling that Kevin puts into this.I saw them do this live in concert in New Albany IN and told Scott I hoped this would be on the CD...it was, just not with Kevin. I hoped they would do like they did with Summer and have a few tracks with Kevin and some with Steve as a transition like Barry/George on Summer.

I've not yet had the chance to go to a RP show, but I have been listening to the newer music as well as the earlier stuff and it's all good and from all of the various clips I've seen, Steven has plenty of stage presence and a wonderful personality to boot. As for Scott's version of this song, I thought it was beautiful. I. dearly love Kevin,s voice. He was amazing, but so is Steven. Give him a chance
I have to laugh...at one of the meet and greets , I asked about brining back some old songs like "Rock River" and the answer was "that was an elliot song and elliot is gone , so is the song" yet they turn around and record this song with the new guy ( who imo sucks the beanie and brings nothing to the group ) , just a little rocapella-ism....this was a Kevin song , and should stay that way.

he does an "okay" job , but when you hear it sung this way , and then you hear his jazzzzed up drum track version thats almost a disco flavor , for me , this song is a ballad , not a dance song. the 1m1m version is a dance track ,to me anyway. what it boils down to is ,Scott knows that people want the song as well as "4 you 4 now 4 life" so he did them his way and put them on his new cd to boost sales , i mean , its the only way you can get it right ? there is a cd with this song on it...but its the solo cd by Scott Leonard called 1m1m and the version he does...sucks ,compared to this version.
