‘I think everybody knows someone who has suffered from depression or anxiety or some other mental health issue. If not, having suffered from it themselves. I think the one thing that we all need to do is to make sure that the stigma that’s attached to these kind of issues is something that is a thing of the past. We don’t treat physical ailments or afflictions with the kinds of stigma as we do with anything involving mental health and I think moving forward that’s something we really need to change. ‘ - Damon Herriman.
