I like the chef's confidence level of stirring the hummus in the blender without the lid while it the blender is still running 😅😎. I would think twice before opening the blender lid while it is running 😅😂
@@mr07623445678 its always a pleasure to watch you videos. This video made me want to look up one of your older videos were the 2 chefs are preparing falafel. Thinking about making myself some falavel upcoming week, just have to find a way for them not to fall apart without adding flour.
@@mr07623445678 I actually made it yesterday, I tried to dry the chickpeas after soaking but i still had to add a little flour again unfortunately. it tasted awesome still. Your videos are really inspiring to make want to make stuff they dont sell here alot. I wish we also had more indian street food style stuff over here. Would love to try a Dosa, tried to make it once myself but it wasnt any good than it looks like on the vids ive seen on your channel. Cheers bro looking forward to the next video!
@@johnnickle5878 - For falafel along with flour we also add some chickpea flour (Besan). With the dosa batter, I've seen here in South Indian restaurants, the rice & lentils are ground in a stone grinder which achieves the perfect texture & consistency. Fortunately here in London there are Indian shops which sell the ready made batter which we use at home. I'm really pleased to read that you find the videos inspiring.
How easily we could pass such a place and miss years of recipe refinement and passion for flavour. I really love your videos and hope the experts understand how much their talent inspires people.

It's the dipping the spoon in while running that gives me pause. On his craft!🙏
