Plants vs. Zombies 2 looks more polished than the first version of the game, and both the animations and details of the plants and zombies are highlighted.

Dude I miss cat tail. It was my favourite plant from the first game. Homing Thistle doesn't hold a candle to the OG homing spiky projectile launcher.

For anyone that is saying the cattail is just a reskin of Homing Thistle, it’s not.
Normally, when a Homing thistle misses the target, it turns at hits the next target.
In this unit, it’s seen that the projectiles DON’T turn once fired.
Yes, they might him other zombies behind them, but that is just luck.
Yo, I just realized that. They made it similar to the og pvz1 cattail.
In pvz1, the missed spikes phase through zombies completely, which is the only drawback of cattail tbh

cattail is better tho, it can freely pierce jester zombie without getting their projectiles reflected.

This was one reason why cattail was one of my favorite plants from PvZ 1 a d it was such a fun plant to use on nighttime pool levels and basic pool levels.

I can't wait for the cattail to be added in to pvz2. I think they're gonna be adding it in 2020 or maybe this year... Now I know this a mod, but sometimes EA and popcap are planning something for it

No. No it won't. It sucks in PVZ1 because the game sends you with hordes of zombies very frequently. Let's also not forget that it will also only be available on BWB, 1 world with an average amount of levels out of 12. Also it would be even worse on BWB because of the low tide event, so either plant your cattails on the very last columns or have a VERY high chance of losing all of your cattails. If you plant them on the last columns, they'll get caught by Octo man, get hooked out of the lawn by fishermen zombies, get crushed by the garg or even just get eaten by hordes of zombies. And don't say "just remove the need for water" if they did, they would've let people put lily pads on land when they had cattail in their seed slots

Ken Galicha right. I mean, it shouldn’t matter how many projectiles are targeting the jesters. A peashooter with seed boost fired hundreds of peas at a jester and jester managed to survive by turning the projectiles around to target the sender. The cattails shoots projectiles just like peashooter.

I think cattail and homing thistle has the same mechanic, but homing thistle is a bit slower.

The plants after the snap pea are some plants from pvz 2 china there is alot more. The plant that costs 1000 and looks like a cucumber its not a plant its an ability like the toss and snowballs it kills all zombies on the lawn and destroys all graves

Bulent Kolgu if u think about it, there's actually 2 plants from pvz1 that was getting referenced by some plants in pvz2
The first one is you can see Gatling Pea when the peashooter and repeater is on their plant food boost animation
And second is Shadow Peashooter's powered plant food boost ressembles Doom Shroom's explosion, although Shadow pea's powered doom shroom look alike plant food boost is weaker than Doom Shroom's actual explosion damage.
Plantern? - there is no fog in pvz 2 what is the purpose of plantern LOL
Scaredy shroom? - shadow peashooter,when zombies are close to the shadow pea it hides and drags zombies down.
Gatling pea? - the special power of peashooter,repeater,and split pea.
Gloom shroom? - it need coffee bean coz it sleep in the day and can be active at night only and its useless to put gloom shrume in the game coz dark ages and neon mixtape tour are the only ones are in the night mode

I found an op combo, put primal sunflowers in the back put a primal peashooter in front of the flowers and put a couple rows of cattails
