CARTELS | GTA V MACHINIMA FULL MOVIE [HD] [2017]

The cartels in Los Santos are pushing to gain control over the whole city with its new leader, Frank Scarlatti. Knowing the capabilities of The Black Dutchess, he hires the world's most feared assassin[Diablo] to eliminate her. In the meantime The Dutchess is looking at a bigger picture. She believes that the only people in the IAA that can shut down the whole Cartel system is her head squad of agents[Seventy Sevens, Shebby, Tor, and Agent 187]. Problem is, they are off in Russia engaging the possibility of a coup from a local order looking to overrule the government. With no team to stop the cartels within the IAA, The Dutchess looks out other allies who have an equal problem with the cartels. Having convinced them all that this union will be for the greater good, The Black Dutchess sends Finn, Jalyn, Nick, Ciley, Angel and Sterling into a conclusive plan that will not only destroy the cartels but also create a possibility for the criminals to do some good for the city.
