    A great video. I have always thought why not just use oxygen compatible lubricant and oxygen compatible o-rings instead of silicone. Oh well. Glad to see the video. Very helpful

    Nice video, especially about the plastic zipper, I was lubricating the full zip and wasting way to much lube, didn’t realise that only the beginning and end of zipper needed lubricant cheers.

    Why do you use crystal lube on your regulators/valves but use the oil on your rebreather? Doesn't the oil work on regs/valves?

      Very good question, yes it would. I use the oil on the Ccr because it's cleaner ( no residue) it would work great on regs as well. Even though the white o2 compatible grease is expensive the oil is even more expensive. That's why I use the grease in the regs they only get opened once every 100-200 dives.
