Fun fact: the 20 000 freet limit of the lantirn pod is a satey feature implimented because the bad sealing of the laser electronics, when over 20k feet the pressure drops so low that it can arc thus causing a electrical fire.

The F-15E is so cool. The dark paint and the look of the jet with the fuel tanks is unmatched imo (similar to the f-16, external fuel tanks make it look super menacing but take away from pylon space on that airframe). The fact the radar can produce greater resolution pictures than the tpod at long ranges is also a crazy feature. I wish we had the av-8b+ to replicate this to an extent for NAVY. While the F/A-18 can use a2g radar, I don't like the F/A-18 being a jack of all trades and super popular, need more niche to get me pumped up. Nice video as always!
Appreciate you! In regards to the A/G radar that thing is 👌🤌 and with the handoff to GPS guided bombs the thing is even more epic! And yes I would really like the AV8B+ too maybe one day

Thanks! I think the F15E will be amazing later down the road the F14 is almost feature complete, I like both planes but I like the F15E is a little better imo
you can use JDAM with a WSO, the pilot needs to XFR after designate by WSO
Sounds like you're not up to date on info...
To stop the 'magic dissappearce' bug... just cycle through all your stations in smart weapons page...
The backseater 'can' use it, just they have to do all the designating and dropping, or they do the designations and you transfer cords. But I think it'll be fixed next month.
What is the benefit of the jdam in this Video? You could carry 8x gbu12 instat of the 6x gbu54, if you only drop one bomb at the time
@@rollingpin31 i know that. But what is the benefit of them if you only drop one bomb per pass. Because you could do the same with gbu 12's and you could carry 2 additional 500'er
@@AllRounderTim personal preference i guess he could've dropped all of them in one pass but he wanted them right on target i think

It’s just new for the airframe and I wanted to use it. Also JDAMS can be used on the wing pylons with air to air weapons unlike the LGB stuff also you can drop JDAMs from a farther range than laser guided munitions also you can ripple on multiple targets in one go which is epic
@@VenomCinematic okay, yea i for the wings i know the the benefit of having guidet bombs and a/a missles. On Center line the biggest benefit for me is to drop 6 guidet bombs in one pass. The best way for me is to get a HRM at 40 nm, turn cold/flank right or left, designate the targets (with the a/g radar) for the jdams, turn in again and drop them in one pass. If you fly on MP i would recommend you to change the laser Code. It happed way to many times that i droped a bomb and it tracked a laser from an other jet😅
Been really enjoying the strike eagle on the Buddy spike blue flag server. absolutely perfect for bunker busting being able to carry so many 2000lb bombs at a time
Very nice, I have the eagle since it released but TBH, I've not put more than a couple of hours into it yet, i guess ill have to cmiit to it at some point, but im way more hyped about the f4 tbh
Yeah I understand I’m hyped for the Phantom as well but imo I like the F15E way more for what it can do and for how long it can do it. But I cannot wait to do phantom things
I transfer stations throughout all my bombs before I even upload any data. It helps.
