How to make Beef Udon | Simple recipe

  • A bowl of hot udon in the cold winter is best!
    Ingredients : 100g beef, Udon noodles, Green onions
    Sauce : 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of katsuodashi (or tsuyu), 2 tablespoons of cooking liquor, 1 teaspoon of Hon-Dashi, 1 teaspoon of chopped ginger, Salt
    Recipe :
    1. Put cooking oil in a pot and stir-fry chopped ginger on medium-low heat.
    2. Stir-fry the beef together.
    3. Add soy sauce, katsuodashi (or tsuyu) and cooking liquor and add about 400ml of water to boil.
    4. Add Hon-Dashi and season with salt.
    5. Put the soup and beef on the prepared udon noodles, and it's done!
    Tip :
    It would be more delicious if you add green onions, seaweed, etc. as garnish or sprinkle shichimi(red pepper powder) according to your preference.
