Love your mukbangs! Im a local from Oahu Hawaii &&' the proper way to eat laulau is to take the ti leaf that's raped around laulau on the inside off Poor some shoyu on top and eat☺️ you are not suppose to eat the outside leaf that is tied and rapped together. Just thought I'd let you know, so next time when you order this dish, it will taste much better. But you'll never get good Hawaiian food until you come to hawaii☺️🌺
If you like food wrapped in a leaf, you should definitely try "tamales oaxaqueños". They're delicious;; Maybe one day when you visit Mexico, if you do.
The first leaf around the lau lau is a native plant called T-leaf, then you grab the luau leaves (taro leaf) and wrap pieces of pork in it then wrap it one final time with the T-leaf
Mina I know you love sweet potatoes and I was eating one whilst watching your video. So my question is do you like putting salt on your sweet potatoes? I like to but my parents think I'm crazy for doing so. Love your videos Mina xD
Chloe Chang yeap they do they roast/steam the sweet potato and eat it kimchi ^^ you can see here blog.naver.com/cyn0518/150177929793 . me myself actually roast my sweet potato with oil and salt put in the oven in it's whole form then it come out crispy salty and sweet inside =) i eat the skin too
Hahaha that's pretty healthy (baking it and everything), I like frying mine to make sweet potato fries. Cause fried stuff tastes soooo good. I love sweet potato fries.
Chloe Chang lol.... i see. I tried frying b4 but am jez too lazy to stand there waiting looking over it to make sure it doesnt burn in the hot oil. So am jez gonna stick wit roasting it in the oven instead save my cooking oil hahaha....
Hmm.. did they not give you a container of saimin broth to dip your sandwich to eat like a French dip? There's a place here that does. That's where some of the flavor comes from.
I love watching your channel both sweetandtasty channel and I am glad that you have vlog channel now :) because I like your koreanfood adventure with your mom ^^ hehe
You should come to hawaiiiiiii and go on a hike bc it's one of the popular thing to do here in oahu, hawaii. One of the most popular food would be is the shave ice and the kahuku shrimp if you ever go around the island
Woooaaaahhhh I've never been curious about Hawaiian food until now! lol I am now in very need to find me some Hawaiian food~~~ Also is Kimchi a part of the Hawaiian culture's food too or did they just perhaps sold it at the restaurant?
+Honey Blob I believe they just sell it at the restaurant? Perhaps there is a large community of Koreans in Hawaii. So L&L incorporated into their menu! It's my theory lol
+Mark AndroidReviewComicBooks Zschiegner II Switch between GoPro and Canon. The mic is by Olympus. Can't remember the model number off the top of my head!
Same I'm finding new ones all the time!! I'm digging KEEMI's mukbangs rn bc she cooks Korean dishes and grubs right afterward (: you should check her out!
+Lyn Lyn Haha, yes. It seems some drivers are impatient. And some pedestrians are at fault as well (i.e.: looking at cell phones while walking). We all need to work together to make the streets safe!
you should go to waikiki and see the hotels over there like the hilton, Its the best place to go when your a tourist. And you should also eat Poke, its a fish.
I think you would love eating in a "budol-budol fight" here in the the Phils. I don't know why it is called that but food is placed on a long line of banana leaves. On the center is the rice and surrounding it are the different dishes. You eat with your hands sharing the meal with a bunch of other people :D I also like to choose the simplest and easiest in designing and decorating sometimes because it saves more time. YES. ART SCHOOL MAKES YOU DRAW NUDE MEN :D I remember my first time, my friends and I would choose a spot where we can't really view the balls LOL
The whole laulau is actually wrapped in t leaf NOT taro leaf and the actual meat is wrapped in taro leaf and then it's wrapped again in the t leaf. Just to let u know. So the part she pick up when she said taro leaf is actually t leaf not taro leaf. :) k bye, love from Hawaii!
the whole mega city thing with people getting more defensive and agressive to me I think its animal instincts like us humans are animals as well and we can get very territorial and if you think about it its similar to when animals get agrrssive towards each other its so interesting lol
✍ 📝 💃 I guess you didn't "have the balls" to go into details of one's "privates!" ㅋㅋ After watching vlog 53, after wanting to be in Hawai'i - again - I really wanted to be where your mic was! ㅎㅎ ♥ This was one of your longest videos, and a mokbang, at that! I knew you had the stomach for it; you really sank your teeth into it!

Mina I know you love sweet potatoes and I was eating one whilst watching your video. So my question is do you like putting salt on your sweet potatoes? I like to but my parents think I'm crazy for doing so. Love your videos Mina xD
i think salt is nothing compare to korean who eat it together with kimchi, lol. that would be more bizarre compare to just salt.
Really? Like Sweet potatoes can be savory. It's just I'm wondering if people also put salt in.
