About Alpe d'Huez - Official Chrono Course:
The 21 bends up to Alpe d'Huez does not need much introduction. Its nothing less than the most well-known climb in the world. It has been immortalized by the Tour de France and has become one of the epicenters for cycling history. Numerous 'battles' between some of the best riders through time has taken place on this climb. This climb is so popular that cyclo tourists from all over the world come to ride it. No wonder it is called the 'Hollywood climb'. But it is not an easy ride and it has many sections with double-digit gradients. A warm-up before the ride is recommended as the climb starts off with double-digit gradients right away.

Most cyclists would agree that the ride to Col du Tourmalet is awesome. But when it comes to music opinions are very mixed. This is why we recommend to mute our soundtrack and add your favorite music. Our soundtrack is compiled from the RUclips Audio Library, and it may not be to the liking of everybody. It is quite simple to add it yourself. Mute the tab and open an extra browser tab. Find a site that offers music (Spotify, RUclips, etc…) and pick the music you like and enjoy the ride... The original sound of the ride has been left out. The natural sound of the surroundings is simply drowned by noise from passing cars, vibrations from the road, wind, and the rider's breathing.

hot tip: put the course on your bike computer and ride it on a smart trainer while you watch the video. Better than zwift.
