This Game was quite difficult but i think i beat it atleast once or twice i forgot xD Because i usually would use mandy but those double Arrows Sure its possible but the speed and the just enough ample time it gives!
I like that little detail in the game how Billy uses both of his hands when using the full spell whereas Mandy uses only a single finger and points. It's also funny how she doesn't smile in this game (and not the happy type of smile, but the evil one we see her do in Meet The Reaper & Harum Scarum).
This game was one of the toughest I ever played when Cartoon Network still had it. Took me several tries, but in the second grade, I utterly crushed it (by some miracle). One of my first victories, so to speak.
For Some of the tasks the amount of Time it took him to do the jutsu signs he could have just walked over and did the task. Like putting the paper in the trash can 😂

I play both characters and I have a ton of fun playing. I play this a LOT when this was the Cartoon Network website.
