"A proposal" is a good trick, quite complicated though. I was thinking, maybe I should learn some easier tricks for beginners like "get a girlfriend" or "sustain a healthy relationship for more than just a few weeks"
Three years later, how many of those tricks have you learned?

@@ArchieN1761 Dungeons and Dragons. Level 20 is the max level and if you multiclass, the combined levels of your classes have to total 20. #themoreyouknow

This is the thing that separates Hannibal from the myriad of new magicians these days, all magicians do tricks, but this guy is a true performer.

@@bartsimpsonn6027 Seeing as I'm a zoomer it's closer to a "born in the wrong generation" kind of thing if you to go for that. My main point is that he has class and charisma on stage and it really ups the quality of his performances.

What i am going for was boomer as not a Term 4 a spezific generation but a way of thinking, talking and behaving.
I dont think you we're born in the wrong time, i think you would have been equaly boring in every one of them.

@@bartsimpsonn6027 Welcome to the world, we have a thing here called exaggeration, and another called hyperbole. I don't mean that all magicians from the current generation lack these skills, I just personally believe that on the whole there seems to be a lack of it.
There is a current trend towards increasingly complex tricks and heavier use of effects, which are fine, but the they are being used is as the entirety of the performance. It's all trick and nothing but the trick, the issue with this is that once you've seen it, you've seen it. With a greater focus on presentation I feel that it becomes enjoyable to rewatch the same performance over and over, not to mention the crowd work which adds another layer of differentiation performance to performance.
The born in the wrong generation thing is a reference to a meme, I figured you'd pick up on it given the boomer reference but it seems to have failed to land.

Chris I just found you a few days ago and I watched your "cups" video from a youtube recommendation. I loved the delivery, the comedy, the nonchalant slight of hands and unexpected things happening.... one thing I don't like with watching "magic shows" is that you tend to pick up on what is happening and that ruins "the magic." But I have seen a couple different videos of the same tricks that you have done and each is just as magical, each it's own show... I LOVE THAT! sure, having different audience and that dynamic reaction and dialogue can make all the difference... but the magic is still there. You are quite amazing and fun to watch do your trickery, but you have an amazing gift to connect with people and to me, that makes the show. I'm not watching magic, I'm not watching comedy, I'm not watching a motivational speech, etc... I am EXPERIENCING a moment and moments are what we remember. God bless you brother... and God bless this young couple's future!

I may be 3 years late, but this is the one of the cutest things I've seen all year. Hannibal you are a wizard.
Just stumbled on your work and I gotta say I've loved all of it. I'm a young child of 16 that falls under the trope of depression and confusion over what I want my life to be, but seeing simple things like a couple in love and some goofy magic tricks for no reason other than to make people happy (and make money but we don't need to talk about that part) has given me some good laughs and a broad smile. Wow. When I read the title I thought of something like that but I never imagined it would be real. Great moment created in another great moment as is magic, which is about the magic of love. And I confess that I even cried at that moment.

Sleight of hand, misdirection and other stuff magicians do in shows might be impressive but this is what's really about. I am really disappointed that I didn't find this ealier. You are great Hannibal

Magical RUclips algorithms sometimes lead to magic. A well seasoned magic, but still wonderful.

This was absolutely beautiful, like the title card said, pure magic. Thank you for being who you are, I just started watching your stuff and I'm already so touched and inspired by it.
i even mentioned on another one of his videos just now, but i feel i need to express this again, notice how he looked at the last card of the deck, and at the first card? the reason for that is... he did one thing that is easy to explain, but VERY HARD TO DO.
he decorated the position of EVERY CARD IN THE DECK! so, by looking at the last one to see if it is still in there, and at the one on the top to see what is, he knows exactly what cards she took.
it takes an enourmous intelect, to remember each single card of the deck, and that my friends, is something that you can acctuly call MAGIC! this man, knows exactly the order of every single card in that deck, he is a wizzard, and galdalf would be proud of this man.
Neat trick on the first one. Great memory as well, at 0:55 he flips the top card on the remaining pile over so he knows exactly which cards were above that one. I'd say he has 20+ cards memorized and just by looking at the top card of the ones left he knows the series of cards above it. I may have said too much LOL.
