    Dielectric of buildup is important...just throwing a random powder proves nothing. Next time bridge the build up to the ground reference with a high dielectric material and show us the signal results.

      Hello Jason, Thanks for your comment. It's absolutely true - buildup with a high dielectric material is a challenge. But as long as it's just powder, there is no influence on our measurement thanks to the cone design of our isolator. Of course, when buildup with high dielectric material gets sticky, things become difficult for any TDR instrument, but that was not part of this video clip.
