Hey for outer layer u have showed 16.5 and 19.5 measurements but they are not right because sheet is not in that much length please can u tell correct measurements

Only one measurement is wrong. At 0.28 video duration 14.5 should be 15.5 cm in a hurry I typed wrong other than that everything is correct
On the outer is it possible to take 19.5 cm there is no much space there after taking 16.5
