- Über Weihnachten war ich noch in Ramsau bei Berchtesgaden und hatte, wie immer eigentlich, meine DJI Air S2 mit im Gepäck.

Ramsau bei Berchtesgaden ist eine Gemeinde im oberbayerischen Landkreis Berchtesgadener Land. Die Gemeindeverwaltung hat ihren Sitz im informell als „Dorf Ramsau“ bezeichneten und im Zusammenhang bebauten „Ortszentrum“. Die Ramsauer Pfarrkirche St. Sebastian und der Hintersee sind weltbekannte Motive der Landschaftsmalerei. Ramsau ist heilklimatischer Kurort und das erste Bergsteigerdorf Deutschlands. Der Nationalpark Berchtesgaden nimmt über 82 Prozent der Gemeindefläche ein.
Ramsau near Berchtesgaden is a municipality in the Berchtesgadener Land district in Upper Bavaria. The municipal administration has its seat in what is informally referred to as the "village of Ramsau" and is built in the "local center". The Ramsau parish church of St. Sebastian and the Hintersee are world-famous motifs of landscape painting. Ramsau is a climatic health resort and the first mountaineering village in Germany. The Berchtesgaden National Park takes up over 82 percent of the municipal area.

The imagery is top notch, very well shot, nicely exposed, crisp and clear, but surely the wonder of this scenery would be better captured without the Euro-pop music?
Thank you :) I agree with the music, I found this song and liked it but as always with such things it is a matter of taste. What kind of music would you have preferred with this particular video?
@@InsideAustria Well, I'm not much into modern popular music. You had some great Austrian musicians in your past, but perhaps there isn't much demand for the classics today. I just finished a 2 month project in the Swiss Alps, making time-lapses of the milky way and the incredible surroundings. I chose Gustav Mahler for the video, maybe I'm showing my age, so please forgive me 🙂
Good morning Mik, no need to apologise...different folks means different strokes. To be honest I was torn between the song i chose in the end for the video and a classical piece by Bach. Having read your comment this morning, I have spent the last three hours (very gladly) to re-edit the Ramsau Video by using Bach's Air on a G-String. I think this also works well. What do you think? I have uploaded this new version already and it will premiere on Saturday the 5th of February.
