89c52 is parallel programming its required ISP programming kit agian it will cost you 1500rs for kit, you can buy 809s51/52 from market its easily available for 150rs. instead of using 809c51.
My usb programmer is not detecting in the PC. What should I do? The icon remains grey even if I connect it. When I connect the led in the programmer is glowing and also there's notification tone in pc. But it's not showing in the ISP.

nope,AT89c51 does not support serial programming. And the vcc is 12V for that chip. Use At89S52

It is due to wrong connection or short circuit between connection, try to make neat and clean connection without any wrong connection.
I have rigged up the circuit exactly as you have shown. Is there anything I should change for AT89S51? Because you have used AT89S52 there.
8t89c51 does not allow serial programming. you have to use s52
