Fabulous tour! Very thorough, very informative. Thank you! (just fyi, the reason the Russian orthodox church doesn't have pews is because in old Russian culture, standing is the greatest posture of reverence and honor. kneeling is a more Western concept.)
Was very helpful. Just hope there are more affordable homes in the area. I'm planning to relocate there in the next 4 to 6 months and all the different area's are overwhelming.

Ion is similar to Point Pleasant on Lady's Island neR Beaufort, but the lots are bigger there, though you do not have access to harleston without an hour dt ive.. I love the Rchitecture, but wish there was more space between houses. I appreciate seeing the other areas of MP you covered. It is a great suburb of a great city!

In 1995, most of the homes were in the $ 200ks, but while I like Beaufort, not sure what income opportunities there were for me then. I am sure yhose home prices have tripled or more by now.
Mt. Pleasant and the Charleston area as a whole are great spots. We do have evergreen trees -- Oaks, drapped in spanish moss. Very pretty year around. If you are ever this way and want a tour, just let me know.
I've seen many places in the U.S. but this place is incredible nice. Would love to live there but unfortunalety I'm stuck in cold Germany . Do you have alot of evergreen trees in the area ?

Hey bob, my mom and I are struggling to look for apartments in safe areas near Daniels island. Our budget is $900 no more than $950 for a 2 bedrooms. Do you think we could find a decent apartment in mt pleasant for that price? Thanks
