A humble, yet amazingly skilled chef, Wang is truly an inspiration for all those who wish to develop their cooking skills. Also noteworthy, while the Chinese have been thoroughly critiicized for their handling of livestock, it's amazing to see how much of any animal they use on their recipes. Most western butcheries will waste (or at least send to non-human plants) a lot of their animals, while the Chinese always seem to have a tendency to use everything, even "unusual parts". Even with fish, they use any kind, and find ways to make almost anything nature gives them tasty. No wonder they are the most amazing and perennial cooks in the world! Much respect and love to China, chef Wang, and the whole eastern world!

Lovely video! Chef treats his uncle with so much respect, beautiful. Is "uncle" the brother of mother/father, as in my culture - or is it a title of respect to an older man?
It's the brother of his father since it's 伯爷. In chinese, we call the brother of father and brother of mother differently. But they are all translated to 'uncle'.

徒弟可以哦,不止手脚快,还很细心。准备配料配合师傅的时候,似乎还会想着师傅会以什么顺序烹饪,然后摆成最适合师傅接手。连拿醋也会自动开瓶盖。这种性格不常见,点个大大的👍。
感受到王刚师傅对这个行业的热情。也感受一家人温情的平凡的生活。

徒弟手腳俐落聰明伶俐!必須出師
忘記是哪個影片四伯爺有說過,雖然他沒有去過世界各地吃過不一樣的菜,但是因為有王剛,所以他還是可以嘗遍天下的美食。
很喜歡這些小小的感動!感謝王剛持續帶來那麼好看的做菜影片,雖然我每部都看但還是不會做,不過我看得很開心!
一镜到底很难,王刚师傅时间、火候拿捏的十分精确。这不仅需要多年红案经验,更难能可贵的是在镜头前不慌不忙,还可以面对观众轻松的讲解,🐮🍺

经常下厨的人表示,真正费时费力的步骤是洗菜备菜。菜和配料弄出来准备下锅了就很快,一个接一个地炒,还可以几个灶同时蒸煮齐头并进,要不了一个小时就能整出三菜甚至四菜一汤。

之前兩位是看起來比較憨厚,這位是技術比較到位,但還是要多跟師傅學習剁肉技巧,不然會被念剁太大聲,但砧板可能也是原因

這六道硬菜,如果在台灣台北,四川佬鄉會常來光顧,但與台式料理,差異很大。
在台灣台北五六十年前長輩從當時的北縣一桶桶的泥鰍買回來,吃得非常過癮跟著土地開發只有鄉下農村稻田自己有得吃市場幾乎少見賣泥鰍的已四十年沒吃過乾淨紅燒泥鰍這道菜了可以說這輩子在台灣絕版!
