I love the animations where Nugget plays hide-and-seek in Dr. Fetus’ hat, climbs around him, draws a portrait of him, and puts stickers inside his jar suit. She’s tote’s adorable and a little bundle of joy.

I do appreciate that even though Dr fetus is a jerk to meatboy and others he's a lot more dialed back with nugget, he's not exactly gentle with her but he does seem aware that nuggets a baby. And while he doesn't like what she does he puts up with it which is kinda nice to see even though he's a massive jerk otherwise given that nobody loves him. (established in the first game and probably why he spites meatboy so much) He probably doesn't think others should necessarily go unloved deep down, and you somewhat see that through his interactions with nugget as the game goes on.

I sometimes think, what if Meat Boy and Dr Fetus became friends? Like, Nugget could make them friends and Fetus would become like a family friend, that would be cool.

Assuming this is AnimateCC (formerly Flash), I don't know where you find the patience to draw in vector. It's like drawing with a sharpie and it can feel so janky at times.

I think there's a level of control he has with the suit, he can set the suit to freeze sometimes or he can let the suit run alone whenever he's preoccupied

Ya know... Dr fetus is actually much older than Nugget, yes he is a fetus but he never grow, in some official notes there's info that Keith (yeah that's Dr. Fetus name) is kinda 20-30 years old. So it makes this kinda weird.
