Hi Lena. In order to make the back of your counter "clip" better, try gently heating the counter with a hair dryer. The material is probably heat mouldable. Once the material is soft just gently squeeze the counter with your thumb and forefinger where the counter narrows at the top of the heel. This should help to make the counter catch or "clip" your heel better. I hope this helps.
is it possible to resize the back of the heels? I recently purchased a pair of ankle boots in size 38 European size but its a little loose and big where my ankle and stiffener is. Please let me know =]
