How Not to BBQ - Orlando Florida

- The summer heat is starting to kick in here in Orlando Florida so what better way to celebrate than to have a BBQ, though that was not the original plan today.
We started by visiting a new area of Orlando called Windermere, to try a mom-and-pop breakfast place called Dixie Cream Cafe. It turned out to be a great location with some great food offerings.
We then popped into Lowes to grab a few things for the home renovation before heading home to get ready for what we thought was today's big event.
The event in question was the 10-year anniversary of the Lucky Leprechaun pub on international drive on Orlando Florida.
It was planned to be fun filled day of BBQ and beer, well it was supposed to be

Being Scottish I was looking forward to seeing the crazy Scottish neighbor. I see though he is popping up next week. Brunch looked delish. Almost yelled at the screen when I saw those plastic corn holders going on the grill. Over in Northern California we are in the middle of an unseasonably hot spell this week with temps in the high 80s low 90s for 4/5 days then we drop down to 60s and rain showers next week. Crazy weather.
Yep he is on Fridays vlog Gillian. I know crazy weather, our daughter in Virginia las week had 90’s the next day 50’s

First hello now to watch it 😂omg max, got the day wrong, you are so much like me I went to the hall for Cornwall at Truro to see a show and I was a week early, so I went and got a piece of cod from the chippy and sat on a bench and ate it, it was delicious, then I went home again. 🤪🙄😂

How were those burgers? I just saw them this weekend for the first time at my grocery store. Are they better than just getting 80/20? And the little date mishap just gave us something to look forward to.😊

Hi Bazza, we are moving to Orlando in next few months with work but have no idea where are good areas could you recommend for me would be very grateful
Really the more residential areas away from the tourist accommodation such as Lake Nona, Dr Philips , Hunters Creek. Downside is they tend to be more expensive . Key thing is living where no short term leases are allowed on property

I live in Port Orange. I avoid parking under a tree, more likely to get birds pooping on car.
Yep and the sap of the trees is bad, we,only do it for shoot periods for some shade when out
Could I please ask yous for some advice we are flying into MCO in September and staying in Windsor hills we are a party of 6 could recommend what transport is too transfer us there when we land any advice would be greatly appreciated ❤
Hi Yvonne, we don’t use the local transportation as we live here. You are better asking the question to our RUclips group as they are mostly folks who fly here for holidays
Why are you barbecuing in the porch/veranda area and not outside on the lawn? Is that not allowed?
To stay away from the bugs , the lanai has a bug screen on it
Ah! Yes, that makes sense. I thought there was some Floridian law (like the exterior house colour one) that didn’t allow outdoor barbecues in case of a fire.
Pretending to be drunk on 0.0% beer is a cruel joke which has the ability to hurt millions. Both me and Mrs Ping disapprove of this and we will be going back to watching Wild Willows. Thank you.

Just having fun making people smile ( the blurred shot was deliberate). If I had been drunk, I would have been challenged on being irresponsible , hence the 0% that was in full view
