Most of the times, we will concentrate on our tasks in foreign based companies, since there will be multiple targets or goals. Only in local and Indian based companies we will face this type of issues.
I am an introvert guy, I was working. I feel uncomfortable when I was in office environment. I will be like be focusing on things which I am doing and I will be maintaining boundaries with colleagues because it's a professional place to be so I will maintain that manner. But some of them let's say freshers and people who have experience below 5 yrs, they are still acting like college days, hanging out like friends and partying, going trips, talking about relationships and being in relationship and hitting on someone I will not do all these because I don't want to. But I have been judged badly for being me. How to tackle this..? It is really frustrating. Some girls will be there and I will have work related conversations but then after what conversation should I maintain..? They will judge me as you are not respecting us and you only need your work done. I will be thinking like, that's why you and I have been paid for. Because of this, part of the work that has to be done by them will be delayed. They expect me to treat them like a special person. If its my senior or a manager then may be he is doing that, but she is just my colleague, Why it is needed..? I have told my seniors that task has not been done and no one will question them but me. I have to sit with them for doing their work. I left the company for this. It's really frustrating. I don't know how to handle this.
I can feel you bro..I am also an Introvert but man we have to get rid of this awkwardness and start to build a conversation..It will be awkward at first and we will get used to it..Try it my friend..BTW I am a Engineering student
then you should start talking about everything , you are not introvert , you just think they will judge you if you said something which made you this way and eventually become false introvert . real introverts will never care about these and with seniors doing that shit to you . coz you dont say no , maybe butter and help them once and next time say no that you have something else to do , ofcourse they will ask what things you might need to lie .

That varies in the way how they choose to take it - which is not in our control 🙂
theres a difference between friend and close friend , most indians think they become close , if he keeps on asking . he willl definitely be hurt , so better maintain that way by not saying and change topic annd dont think too much about it . if you said your real intention that you dont wanna share , he will be gone
You can share but within boundaries, is the point. The topics mentioned in the video are all delicate and we have higher chances to extend beyond boundaries and get sensitive - especially in the workplace :)
