Ingredients:
1 medium leek
sunflower oil
1 pepper
2 sweet potatoes (yams) approx. 500g
1 medium-sized broccoli (approx. 400 g).
4 eggs
Salt, black pepper, curry to taste
Milk 250 ml
150g mozzarella cheese
