A soda I reccomend that is healthy would be New York Seltzer. All the flavors are clear, so no dyes, all the flavors are natural and it’s 100% cane sugar. A good amount of it, but much better than the sodas with 50 ingredients.
My little brother drinks Zevia ( he’s a type 1 diabetic, it runs in the family) and it’s actually great my dad is also a diabetic and he’ll drink them and it hardly affects his sugar

You come to realise that your water purifier is not as good as it is as you can notice the yellow lining in bottom of your bottle (mainly the pet bottles/normal plastic bottles).
