I hope your analysis about these areas will also be spot on after 3-5 years from now.
Shadnagar is hot cake now and it has lot of scope for development. After general elections you cannot effort here. This is not depended on metro railways it has its own existing infrastructure and upcoming as well do some research thank you

Definitely true, it doesn't get in news as much. And more importantly, Mokila and Shankarpally do not have any offices or employment nearby, they always only say we are 30 minutes from Kokapet. But in Mamidipally ,Tukkuguda etc. there is E-city, hardware Park, GMR aero city, upcoming World Trade center. Plus you have good connectivity to core city and Financial Dist via ORR. Soon you will have metro till the airport. And Still these places are only 30 min to Financial Dist on ORR.
