Hi, could be caused by various things. Probably of unsupported hardware acceletor (in filmora, preferences, performance), your hard drive is full thus not much for render and proxy, to many effects or tracks on your projects or even your high Export Setting (bit rate, encoder and resolution). Let me know if it helps.
