Zerg cant do that against even a semi competent terran player. Other than protos` nexus the command center needs to be built all the way and thus many neural parasites would be needed to finish the command center. But in the short period of time when one neural ends and before the next takes control of the SCV again the terran player shortly gets control( and more importantly vision) of the SCVback. Then he sees what the zerg is doing and can prevent the CC from finishing easily(One BC with tactical jump to kill the SCV is enough).

How can I just set up a custom game with just me and the ai? All this joining lobbies and creating lobbies bs. Where is the simple custom game option no ties to internet or anything like that at?
Neural just doesn't seem to be that good of a response to mass BCs. Yamato's not cancelled by them, and BCs do relatively little damage to each other, so they can just focus down the infestors like they weren't there.
Very well done. BCs are countered by corrupters, but corrupters still loose in a 2v1. Or 3V1 if a good yamato gets off. So you just ignore the enemy brood lords and mass BCs, then the zerg can't mass enough corrupters to outfight your mass BCs, esspecially with yamato, and then you can just BC the enemy to death. Even neural parasite only does so much, esspecially if you rapidly yamato the infestors. Bassically, BCs are the best unit in the game, excepting workers. Not unstoppable, but without any hard counters and so much utility.
