Thanks for sharing ,teaching a Global Marketing class - Calgary Canada taking a chapter on Segmentation Targeting and Positioning. Perceptual positioning maps are in this chapter.
Is there an easy way to collect the data? I am currently using Qualtrics and I have 6 Universities and 6 attributes picked out. I use a matrix table (5 point likert scale). I ask the respondent "this university is trendy" with the 6 universities rather than have "[name of university] is... with all of the attributes in the statement.s When I collect the data I notice that I don't have all of the universities together in one column. Do I have to manually create the data matrix table? Or is there a feature that could help me on Qualtrics that I have missed? Thanks

Glad it was helpful!
I am definitely going to present this in my next brand strategy session.
Thanks for this!
It's a great tool for clients to easily see where they stand
Question: When you have more criteria, do you add them into one Conceptual map or do you have multiple conceptual maps?
It depends. For closely related criteria, one conceptual map is useful. If they are distinct, multiple maps might work better.
This is brilliant! Thanks for sharing
Glad you enjoyed it!
