      I've been binge-watching your gardening vlogs and can't wait for your next rose planting vlogs cause I'm a big fan of roses and growing them is so addictive. I only have a balcony of nearly 2m2 but I grow nearly 20 rose seedlings and David Austin's wedding roses are my go-to ones to grow

    I am so stressed out recently because of my exam and lately I have been asked out by lots of guys. I turned all of them down because I don't want to hurt them they were also not my type none of them. This is the first time something like this is happening to me. It's so awkward for me and I am so stressed. My elder brother moved aboard to study and I am all alone I miss him. We use to watch your videos together. I am glad you uploaded a video 😊it's always so relaxing for me.

    That earth angel pot will never biodegrade if you dont live in a consistently rainy environment. I suggest you lift it and remove the pot before your plant becomes root bound.

    The amount of time it takes to grow a tree is immense and you only decided to cut them down it's really sad, I hope you plant many more and not just plant to eat.
    It sounds very aggressive but it's just sad. they also cut down another big tree next door

    • @galastudio9
      @galastudio9  Год назад +2

      I had a similar misunderstanding like yours before. It is sad that a tree has to go But there are actually pros and cons for cutting down a tree, and not all trees are of equal importance to a local environment. For example, the tree we Cut down is called “Chinese privet”, they are considered a disruptive invasive specifies in the California. They tend to grow fast and taken space,water, nutrient and light from local species. Besides when you got a couple trees grow really close together towards your house or neighbors property they also increases potential fire hazard.

      I found my roses in Chase garden center. I suggest calling them before visit, as they might be out of stock already. The bare root rose season is over… good luck! 🙂

    Kindly explain to me why you city people have such hatred for trees. Wouldn't it have been better to just simply prune the branches that take out the sun???? Maybe one day you will leave this house, and the next inhabitants may enjoy the shade that those trees give to the garden. This "the tree has to go" sentence really sets my teeth on edge.

      Hi there, I used to think cutting down trees is bad as well, but after years of study i do realize it is actual quite case by case. the tree we cut down is a species called chinese privet, it is a consider a highly invasive species here in California (every year, thousands of seeds falls on ground and sprout after rains in winter), removing it will be quite beneficial from preserving bio-diversity and local species point of view. besides they are grow densely together towards fence, made it more prone to disease infection and can be a potential fire hazard. on the point about selfish, we did also planted 2 trees back after removal of the invasive species.

      Hi there, I would like to understand why you dislike cutting down trees? maybe we can have a constructive conversation so that we can both benefit from it.
