    What a very beautiful liturgy.. But is there any explaination when we must prostation for worshiping, when we must use the Sign of Cross, etc?? Thank you

    • @OrthodoxAnswers
      @OrthodoxAnswers 8 лет назад +3

      On Sunday we never prostrate. Prostration represents the descent of our Lord into Hades and His resurrection. On Sunday he was resurrected, so we remain standing this day. During the Liturgy you are never required to make the sign of the Cross, you are allowed to but is is suppose to be personal. Hope it helped.

      Thank you for the kind answer. It makes me to learn my Sister Church tradition, because me in Coptic Orthodox Church there are so many times when we must prostation, sign of cross, bowing down, and some kinds of that. Greetings from COC Mission in Surabaya, Indonesia.

      لا يوجد ما يسمى باللغة الآشورية أو الكلدانية أو السريانية او العربية فقط هي لغة واحدة تسمى الآرامية . هولاء جميعا نطقوا بالاراميية وسمية بعد ذلك بالسريانية . فقط لا غير
