@@jessicapayne8622 Wow! What were you wearing? Or are you just lucky and unaffected by heat? Haha!
Do the mules get to use the cool bridges? We are glade you made ti happen as well.
@@kennethschaidle5995 Haha you know I never saw them on the super long suspension bridges but I did see them on some smaller ones that you still would not think a mule would use. 😂
Beautiful but honestly makes me angry as well if it’s a conservation area. I also don’t like seeing the mules stacked like that, while I understand it’s the culture seeing the, navigating and stumbling on the rocks makes me sad. Anyway stunning views and happy trails.🤟🏻🥾🏔
@@susietopspin It is a conservation area but there are also small villages and farms there where people live and no roads, so the people have to either carry supplies in and out on their backs or with mules. It seems there are a lot of mixed feelings because China is coming in and funding a road to go through this area, which is good for the people living there, but terrible for conservation. And it seems the motivator there is mining. So yeah, there are some issues (and the Nepalese people acknowledge that and have some anger of their own about corruption), but unfortunately you get that anywhere (even in our own national forests etc).
